There are some mistakes you made.
1-If you dont click to show all coins, it will just order the top 100 coins and not all coins, so your pick is just the ones between the top 100 that have the largest supply.
2-The site list also coins without a coin limit, without a limit, one example is dogecoin that is an inflationary coin, there is not limit on the amount of dogecoins that will exist. So, if a coin dont have a limit of coins, its easier to have a higher supply, since new coins will always be created.
3-The supply listed there is the current supply, with coins that have an upper limit (almost every cryptocoin ever), it wont show the supply that will be available when all coins are distributed.
